It is really important that you get in touch with us as soon as you can after the loss so we can advise your insurer and get things moving on your behalf. Claims that are reported late can often be much more difficult to resolve.
In most cases, you can contact us during office hours. If an incident happens out of hours you can call the main switchboard number below and our out of hours 24/7 service will get in touch with one of our team. Alternatively, in most cases your insurer will have a 24/7 emergency number in their policy documentation. The best advice it to try that number first especially if it is a major incident such as a fire or a water damage loss so they can arrange to get the help you need as soon as possible.
