MAKING A CLAIM

In the event of a claim, it is important that you get in touch with us as soon as possible after a loss so that we can advise your insurer and get things moving on your behalf. Unless in the case of an emergency, we recommend reporting the claim to us or the insurer before committing to any outlay for repairs.

Should you need to report a claim out office hours, you can email the office and we will respond as soon as we can. Alternatively, in an emergency, please call the emergency helpline on your policy documentation.
